[Rhodes22-list] JIB Furling Line

Peter, it was actually the CDI manual that mentioned de-coreing larger
diameter lines for the first few feet coiled on the drum. BTW, my furler is
the CDI Flexible Furler 2. I don't know if any other was used on the Rhodes,
but the instruction for de-coreing is probably the same.
