I enjoy messing about in the Rhodes 22 galley.  Here is a quick clean-up omelette  served up on Second Wind.  Add bacon and grits!    To avoid damage to the counter top be sure your cooking utensils fir the burner ring with no over lap.  Joe Riley S/V Second Wind Lake Hartwell GA

Nice photo, much fancier than my basic camp cooking which usually involves adding water and heating something pre-made.
