I looked at the boat about a month ago. The boat apparently had the
mast come down in a hurricane and sunk at the dock. The current owner
who is not a sailor took the boat and refurbished it. For some reason
he seemed to have stopped after about 80%. There are a lot of nice
improvements. The deck is covered with what looks like wood but is a
soft foam rubber marine material that is glued on. Nice hull paint
job. One of the issues was that the flooring in the salon covers the
centerboard trunk and would need to have a hatch cut out in order to
access it. The biggest issue when I looked at it was the trailer which
was unuseable in my opinion. Some of the bunk supports were completely
rusted through as in no longer there. I believe the centerboard was
resting on metal. Might be a good deal for some of the members of this
group that could finish the project. I wouldn't trust moving it
anywhere on the trailer so not quite sure how it could be moved to
