Just goes to show how much relationship building matters.... I remember
having to buy a dinner for a customs agent whose oldest just graduated
college, first in the family. It was corruption at its finest definition,
but the $175 meal got $200k of network gear into manilla. (It was all legit
gear, fwiw)
