[Rhodes22-list] Grounding

Hey Todd,

Not trying to poke the bear, lol, but I have helped a few boats with their
electrical issues.  I used to be an aircraft electrician in the Army and
aircraft 28vdc systems are actually quite similar to boat 12vdc systems.
