[Rhodes22-list] Motor Mount Question

Hello all, I am exploring replacing the 7:1 mount with a traditional parallelogram sprung unit.  The 87 pound Yamaha is just to much of a pain point to lift routinely,  I was wondering if anyone has suggestions or recommendations on a unit, and if sonny tips
on installation (vertical placement on the transom, sealing the new through hull bolts etc.)
