[Rhodes22-list] Swing keel stuck.

Okay, mine was on the trailer. Long story short: I took the centerboard cap/lid/hood off to gain more direct access. However, you cannot do this on the water, since -- as I understand it -- the top of the centerboard trunk is below the waterline.
