Here is Carson of Dwyer Masts when I sent him a pick of my twisted gooseneck.

Oh Man, that's pretty buggered up. You'll need to U Brackets. What are the bolt sizes going into mast and boom? You'll also need a gooseneck universal DH316. Two ring dings, like CR2 and Two clevis pins CLP-4-111.
