[Rhodes22-list] Sheave (?) for Rudder ‘pull-down’

Bob, you can also buy a break-away clam cleat. You can set the break away
pressure.
I have one somewhere in a boat hardware bin somewhere in the garage. I'll
look for it and send a picture or a link.
