[Rhodes22-list] Picture Attachments

Mitch's original image files had an extension of '.heic'.  For some reason, the software that creates the archives for the email list converted these to files with a '.bin' extension.  My Mac won't open these, but if I manually change the file extension from '.bin' to '.jpg', they will open and display just fine.
