[Rhodes22-list] Outhaul car

 I emailed Charles 2 days ago and haven't heard back... I emailed him maybe 6 weeks ago about some shrouds and still haven't heard anything. I'd prefer to get through General Boats, but they don't seem inclined to meet me in the middle.
