[Rhodes22-list] stay tightening

I use jamb nuts.  One right-hand threaded and one left-hand threaded per turnbuckle.  McMaster-Carr (https://www.mcmaster.com) is one source for left-handed nuts.

I've never had one loosen up on its own.
