I've never seen a Harken up close, but that looks a lot like my CDI (Cruising Design International http://www.sailcdi.com ). There's a manual in the 'Documents' section of Rhodes22.org (http://www.rhodes22.org/document.html?documents/CDI-FlexibleFurlerModel2-Manual.pdf)
