[Rhodes22-list] New R22 owners and traveler bar question

John,
It looks to me like it is configured properly.  Just unwind the ends,
loosen one cleat and pull on the other end to move it back and forth.
re-cleat both ends when positioned how you want it.  One cleat will always
have tension.  Both ends of the bar should be pinned to the cups on the
backstays.  I don't see any pins in yours.  Both my cleats face upwards so
I can see them I suppose.  Yours were apparently wound up nicely at both
ends but that is not typical, probably your previous owner didn't move the
traveller much.  I just leave the ends of mine hanging.
