The most likely explanation for the low number of list emails you are receiving is the low number of emails being posted.  Prior to this message, there have been 17 emails posted to the list in August.  These were posted on 8/3, 8/11, 8/12, 8/22, 8/23, and today, 8/24.  Those would have been the only days that a digest would have gone out.
