[Rhodes22-list] Chesapeake challenge

A goal  of mine is to  sail  the length of the Chesapeake Bay next year from=

Cape Charles to the top of the Bay  at the C&D canal.  I=92ve been thinking=20
about this for some time, and having just returned from a 4 day, 90 mile=20
cruise,  I know it=92s something I want to do soon. The general plan would b=
e=20
to sail about 20-25 nautical miles per day, mostly on the eastern side of th=
e=20
bay,  with plenty of options=85no set schedule.

Since I don=92t have a trailer, I would need to rent one. Is anyone in the=20
general area interested in renting their trailer for a 2-3 week period next=20
seas?

 Are there any Rhodies  out  there interested in joining me on this trip. I=20
think the best times to go on this trip would be  mid May (before the bugs)=20
or even better mid-late September (best winds in the area).=20
