Gee Brad, 
We have a big Microwave Tower on the canal on KY Lake 
and the reception is fabulous all over the lake except in the 
cove just beneath the tower. This is very good for me since 
I am on call 24/7!!
I am afraid that what MJM said is true about Pickwick...there 
is little interest in the market. I think that fact the LBL is govmt 
land made for easy pickins....the TVA (now the Forest service)
gets the rental dough. Perhaps you can do some politicking (Ugh)
in that neck of the woods for a Tower. I do remember that there 
was no service when I was on Pickwick.
