Gene,

Voting doesn't make sense.  I've had both (have IMF now)  If  you want
performance go with the standard main.  If you want convenience, go with the
IMF.  When trying to get best performance out of the IMF you'll have to fly
a big genoa, which  makes tacking more difficult.
