I'd definitely clean out the crab. A crab in the carb will keep your honda
from starting every time;o)

#1 you do burn out the gas and maybe clean the crab?
# idle speed adjustment, idle bypass port and linkage adjustments maybe? did
up ever change the settings to sea level?

BTW manhandling the Honda for the dingy must be a bear, maybe you do want 40
pound 4hp two.
