Mike,

   Try to pull up the floor and check for rot in the stringers.  You may have to pull out the cb trunk enclosure.  I aquired a project boat that had rain water in the cabin. The stringer tops were not covered with fiberglass, water penetrated the stringers and they rotted.  One will have to be replaced entirely...not a job I am looking forward to.  You might want to bring an ice pick and powered screw driver.?
