the answer is yes, twice already I had to give the long answer what a 409 scam is, I leave the names out, but they were list
members. What I found surprising is they expected a US court to protect them after they loose(you know is begins by helping them rip
off a government scheme) and the fact that you are dealing with the third world here, life is cheap and  thier life is would not be
worth much trying to go thier to collect.

I get these about once a week
