Mark,
That doesn't surprise me considering the cut of the sails. I wouldn't get
the UPS for pointing. When heading upwind I would use my exisitng 125 and
furl the UPS.
I guess what I am really considering is a 150 or 155 vs. the 175. I
mentioned the UPS because Rummy said the 175 was great going down wind. If
one wants a great downwind sail I think they would be better off with
spinnaker or UPS.
The subject only came up because I am going to start racing my R22. If I
wasn't racing I would stick with what I have.
