[Rhodes22-list] Biminis on tracks

MJM,
One reason I have held off on the Bimini is I have gotten the impression
that it is rather large and can get in the way. I liked the idea of sliding
forward and resting Bimini on cabin top when not in use. It sounds like you
have had this setup and were less than pleased. Besides breaking what are
the other downsides?
Regarding the new design, I gather it is a fixed mount, so when not in use
does where does it sit?
