[Rhodes22-list] Stout Boat Hook

Actually it is a piece of junk. One of those cheap types that you can put 
different ends on like brushes or boat hook. All the brushes fall off when 
you scrub hard. It makes a better tiller! :)

I did lash it down with quite a bit of line. The R22 has a pretty light 
helm.
