Ric& Ed (and anybody else who wants to jump into to fray),
 The P.O. told me to suck out the bilge every two weeks , it will be fine.I
tried to empty every week, I'd get a cup- cup1/2.Went for 3 weeks,only 2
cups. When I suck it out,I get a cup right off the bat,then a tablespoon
every minute,for the next 10-15 minutes.It's this saturation that has me
worried.After a real sporting day(15-20 knots), the port settee back cushion
(aft) was damp,and I could see where water had come thru the rubrail,there
was an extra cup of water at the end of that day. I've checked there after
that day ,and could not see any leak from rain. My boat is bow heavy,only a
2.5hp Yamaha kicker,not much in lazerette.I have not used the centerboard at
all,didn't seem to want to go down the only time I tried to use it,My lake
is shallow and I didn't want to drag it around the lake all summer if
something failed.I wonder if my leak is not in the centerboard area,need to
remove for bottom painting,so I'll check that out.
