Very interesting.  Of course, enforcement may 
be an issue with any set of rules...

Old saying:  There are two things you don't 
want to see made - sausage and law.

I concur.

Might be easier to start another list (easy to 
do on Yahoo) and see how many people sign up.  
That way, the rest of us would not have to 
witness the carnage.

Body vote always works - the ultimate 
democratic act.
