	Elton should have posted this message; you cannot do all the
work for him.  You need to give him an email address and have Michael
teach him how to use it.
	Did you (and not Elton) test sail the Seaward 26 while you were
in Florida?  How about a how it sails report.  Moreover, Elton needs to
go over the history and ownership of Hake Yachts in the last 10 years.

For those wanting to move up:

Elton is dealer for the new Seaward 26.  Nice boat, very easy to trail,
sails in practically no water, standing headroom in beautiful interior
with galley, and head with shower option.  Great price:  $29,995
sailaway.  If want inboard diesel, wheel steering, trailer etc. can
spend 40 to 50K.
If interested in spring delivery, need lead time.

We have a pristine 1992 Mac 26 with trailer for this week only with a
fill or kill price of $5,000 !

Have a seller of a Person 30 for anyone who wants to become a blue water
sailor and stay under 10K.

At other end of scale have a new Rhodie who has to sell his live-aboard
45 footer !   But be prepared for over 100k

Anyone wanting to move down?  have a Newport 17 needing TLC for $1,000
and a Gulf Coast 18 in great shape for $2,000
