Jerry,
I was at the Edenton manufacturing facility a couple of weeks ago looking to
buy a Rhodes.
I saw the "New Song" being worked on.
She is a good looking boat.
I know when Stan gets finished with her, you will be in sailing heaven -
delighted with your new boat.
Congratulations.

Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Introduction---recycled in near future
Hello, Just a few words to introduce myself. My name is Jerry Barnett,
Cincinnati, Ohio. A new sailor in practice, but a sailor at heart. I like
to ride motorcycles, have two (Honda valk and st1300). I have always
thought riding motorcycles is like sailing on land. Pick a direction, mind
the weather, hold on tight and travel as I please in the U.S.
But back to Rhodes 22, I have put my money down on a soon to be recycled
1999. I believe this boat was named "New Song". I hope the original owners
parted with this boat in good times.
My home waters will be Brookville Lake, IN. At this time I have a mooring
buoy until my name comes up in the dock lottery. So any insight as to how
to correctly attach my boat to a mooring buoy would help a lot. Stan/GBI
has been great and is recycling as fast as he can. jerry
