[Rhodes22-list] Rhodes 22 centerboard (hybrid) in low tide mud question

Hi everyone.. I am new (obviously)

Considering purchasing a used 76' rhodes 22.

Any info about this boat appreciated (i.e. where can i get parts, molding, window fairings, etc)

Most importantly what do you call the Centerboard arangement ? it is not like my Rhodes

18 with a full centerboard, but it does not have a full keel either.. I have been calling it a 

"hybrid".

Can you let this boat sit in soft mud ?  (I have access to a tidal area - every day the water

completely leaves..   the mud is very soft.. does anyone have any experience with this?

If it is not a good idea what is the min. water allowed ?
