	Chris you are correct.  Stan is the third or forth boat maker in
that facility depending on how you count.  There is still junk from the
other guys in the back building.  Stan needs volunteers to help clean it
out, if for no other reason than to give noxious critters less room to roam.

As I recall, wasn't Stan's old Glider factory the site of a tanzer factory
before Stan took over?  I guess stan could answer that better than I.
