[Rhodes22-list] politics- Stan ought to tell Steve why

Fan and I are among the stupid people with combined
W2's exceeding 200K.  There is not a damn thing we can
do about it.  We qualify for nothing, don't get the
full deduction for anything, and fully expect our
Social Security benefits to be cut because we won't
pass the "means" test.  However, let me repeat,
however, we do invest in tax free muni's and overseas.
 Capital flows to the highest return, period. 
Economics 101.  Most folks didn't take the course much
less pass it.

Second issue - This business that some people are
closer to 9/11 than others because of physical
proximity really pisses me off.  Kiss us people in the
"flyover states" off at your own peril.  Do you
remember the Electoral College from 8th grade civics
class?  It was an attack on the nation. NYC is not the
center of the universe nor the great United States of
America!
