Ed,
I only have a first name thus far, Keith @ Heppe's

Fan seldom drives my Lexus and I've never read the
logic of the door lock system myself, but it is
different from her Honda Accord. I've talked to other
Lexus owners who have locked themselves out as well.
It might be time to hide a key somewhere on the
vehichle.
