[Rhodes22-list] Which one do you think is best?

I'm very serious about buying one of two 1998 boats that are waiting to be recycled at General Boats. One has been sailed only in fresh water. The other only in saltwater. The saltwater boat has two solar panels, a built in compass, two opening ports, and a depth/speed/wind indicator. Any strong feelings about freshwater over saltwater or going with a boat with some significant upgrades? Thanks for your ideas.
