The report said they were not "reprimanded" but "counseled."  Brian Williams
of NBC News said they will stop using "refugees" and use "evacuees" or
"survivors" instead.  Some people were seen "looting" and others were seen
"finding."  Have you ever seen the spin doctors working so hard?
