Ed,
I'm sorry, but that's just the sort of thing I would never have on my boat.  
It has to many sharp corners and things for me to get caught on. I don't like  
that contraption. In the heat of the moment I know I would tear the crap out 
of  an arm, a leg or some other part of my body.
