Peter:

Tiller extension - attached is a picture of tiller extension holder that
came with my boat.  It appears to be a Stanley fabrication.  It is made out
of black HDPE with two halves.  There is an appropriate sized hole drilled
thru the middle to fit to the rail with two screws holding the broom holder
clips to the retaining piece and the two pieces together.  It is real high
tech and very functional.   Also holds fender lines.
