Many thanks, that's a good looking boat you've got.  Your picts  were great,  
I now understand what you described in your prior  message.  
 
Why did you go the 3 part route as opposed to just running the  plumbing 
drain higher, using a washer, and butting the teflon tubing  against the washer 
(i.e 2 parts)?
 
I gather you think it's important that the shroud cover be free to rotate  
and not just clean and smooth?
