[Rhodes22-list] Hybrid Cars

Elle,

I wrote a book, 15 years ago, called "How to Sell Your Home in 5-Days".
Every time there is a housing downturn they ask me to update it--it's an
easy book to promote--this is the third edition. The method really
works, the book has remained in bookstores for 15 years, people still
use the method every weekend to sell their homes at the highest possible
prices.

I don't know the itinerary yet. I've been in the 50 largest cities in
the US, except for Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. They will send me out
to all the big ones again over the next 5 years. I'm hoping the
publicity person who books the tours has some sense of geography, which
has not always been the case. I used to think I could visit friends
during the tour, but this didn't work out. The tours are grueling,
there is an enormous amount of pressure, and you talk so much you get
hoarse.
