Gulf Coast?  Mississippi has miles and miles of empty beaches you can build
on!  There are dozens of great casinos open (you can double your money) with
more on the way.  If you are industrious, there's lot's of scrap lumber you
can use to build a house and plenty of 'fixer-upper' boats and cars
available.  For a small fee, we'll haul in tons of clay so the next storm
surge will only get to the chair-rail, not the ceiling.  Remind us of the
Rhodes-list discount.
