No, Hank,

Nouri al-Malaki is not the elected prime minister.  The Iraqi people 
only got to select representatives.  The representatives selected the 
Prime Minister.  Nouri al-Malaki was Moqtada Sadr's choice.

I don't have time to chase down all the facts for you.  My comments are 
neither random, nor out of context.  The notion that we are fighting 
foreign troops in any large numbers is passe.  The administration no 
longer makes that claim.  The military has never made that claim.  I 
don't watch FOX news, but even Tony Snow, who used to work there, no 
longer makes that claim.
