Chet,

If you're willing to travel to warmer waters contact these folks:

http://www.sarabaysailing.com/

I got my basic keelboat and coastal cruising certificates from Captain
Booker. He was a great instructor and a fun person to be around. Despite
his being a bleeding heart liberal who I threatened to throw overboard at
least three times daily, the course was some of the best legal fun I've ever
enjoyed.
