Personallly, I find Ed roast to be tough, unpalatable,
fairly gristly, and, if not cooked just right
(steamed, then seared) tends to stick in the craw.

Ed roast is fairly common, so it is easy to acquire;
but definitely not the choice of discriminating
palates.
