[Rhodes22-list] toilets on porches?

 Elle,

Where I live, appliances and commodes on the porch still work. It is the
ones that have been pushed off into the yard that are broken. :^D

  Oh..... My...... Gosh......

Time to clear the air...give the real scoop on this topic....

The commode on my 'arrest me red' boat (Love the term, Hadz!)
did not work. Elton tried a variety of things but to no avail.

It appears that the head had never been used...so I suspect that
the seals have dried out after many years & provided no suction to
pull water in on the 'wet bowl' setting....Through hull worked &
  was clear.

I had no idea that Stan would order a new commode & have it sent
directly to me....imagine my surprise to find it on my porch one
  afternoon.

Suffice it to say that I have no commode in any state of
residence (temporary or permanent) on the porch (front or
otherwise), as well as no truck tires painted white nor pink
  flamingoes decorating the flower beds.

Think that about covers the obligatory redneck symbols. ;^)

Depends on how you define "marine toilet". See attached from the
  infamous "Redneck Houseboat" series.

  Cheers!
