The rest of Pass Christian is still flat as a pancake but this is good news,
the yacht club is being rebuilt.

The Southern Miss campus in Long Beach is being rebuilt north of town on
2000 acres very near the property we recently purchased.  You see some
progress other than casinos now and again but it is painfully slow.  It will
be good to see the Pass back on its feet.
