That sounds a little silly!

I knew there was a trigger for banks to notify Big Brother
for Transactions over 10,000, but that total 10,000?  I've
had the same bank account for years, and haven't had to
reopen it.  that would make everyone that paid 1000/month
rent a suspect every ten months if they paid by check!
