[Rhodes22-list] Buying a Rhodes

Our intention is to put it in a slip - probably on the Chesapeake.  Mostly day sailing; some overnightling and perhaps short cruises (3 - 4 days) on the Bay.

Our current thinking is that we want a bimini as a minimum, and the concept of the "boom room" is intriqing, but have never seen one.
