[Rhodes22-list] Downhaul rigging revisited

i understood your post and pix, what io was saying is thet that piece of
tubing with the holes thru it seems to be close to or identical to the piece
of tubing that was my centerpin.... and i have been wondering what the
purpose of the holes are.
