[Rhodes22-list] Downhaul rigging revisited

Well I guess the parts are somewhat interchangable.. The bottom of the tube
(pipe) has been ground flat so it will fit flush on the rudder assembly
positioned as I have it. The 2 holes obviously are screw holes to hold it
on. Perhaps it is a multi purpose General Boat part number. :-)
