Hi Mary Lou,
Okay, you've raised another question.  I'm still shopping for an 
outboard and I thought I'd have to get the remote version
of the T8 in order to use a remote control.  But are you saying that you 
bought a T8 with a tiller and then your local
techs were able to adapt that to your old remote controls?  If so, that 
sounds great.  Any details available on the
kit they used for the adaptation?
