Let's see how Friday goes, If thing go well I be taking you up on that. The
problem is the need to be close to the shop to keep transportation time
down, but I also need the "publicly incorrect" answer on "what the score is"
and how the systems work (which a realtor will never speak about).

Stay out of LA County for good public schools. Look in nearby Ventura
County. You might look at Thousand Oaks or Westlake. I have a son in LA and
if you want I will check with him for recommendations. The more specific you
can be , the better. Contact me off list with details and I can put you in
